Domestic public resources in Investments to End Poverty 2018 are estimated by non-grant government revenue data sourced from International Monetary Fund (IMF) Article IV staff and programme review reports (various) and the IMF World Economic Outlook database. Grants are excluded to avoid double counting with official development assistance (ODA). Non-grant government revenue data deflated and exchanged using IMF WEO data.
