Overseeing management of global operations
Legal compliance
Leading business-development strategy for consultancy and not-for-profit
Human Resources, Financial Management and Project Management
Previous experience: I’ve managed Human Resources and Operations both in the UK and in an international setting, and have over 25 years’ experience across a range of sectors that include: education, housing, charity, not-for-profit, private consultancy and blue-chip professional services. While my professional background has been within the field of HR, as my career progressed I branched out into strategic and organisational management – encompassing HR, finance, IT and facilities – and I played a pivotal role in the original set up of Development Initiatives Poverty Research in 2008.
