What I do: I am the Project Manager for the Technical Assistance to Strengthen Capabilities project and am also responsible for managing various projects within the consultancy arm of the organisation. My role is to ensure that our teams deliver projects according to time, scope, budget, risk and quality.
Previous experience: I have worked for private and public organisations specialising in international development, asylum rights and social protection. Prior to joining DI, I completed an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development and went on to work at Development Pathways for two years, supporting the management of research, cash transfer operations and advocacy projects predominantly in East Africa. My career has taken me to Colombia, Kenya and Malawi. I am passionate about international development, specifically social protection and efforts to reduce inequality and poverty.
