What I do: I undertake policy analysis and engagement on humanitarian assistance, including working on the annual Global Humanitarian Assistance Report.
Previous experience: I have worked in various engagement and research roles in the humanitarian and development sectors. Before DI I worked for IMPACT Initiatives as REACH Country Coordinator in Jordan, where I was responsible for the delivery and oversight of humanitarian needs assessments and research projects to support partners in the regional Syrian refugee response. Prior to that I worked for an international development consultancy, working on global policy and country-level evaluation projects for clients including WFP and the European Commission. Most recently I managed the evaluation programme for a national social inclusion organisation. I hold an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
