Where I am based: Bristol, UK
What I do: As Programme Manager of the Global Humanitarian Assistance (GHA) Programme, I work with the GHA team to ensure the programme delivers expert evidence-based work and strategic engagements that enable the humanitarian sector to improve crisis preparedness, response and resilience.
Previous experience: I worked at DI as Project Manager on the Global Nutrition Report, specifically working on the GNR 2022 Report, NAF Commitment Tracker and other outputs under the Nutrition Accountability Framework. Prior to joining DI, I worked at the University of the West of England in international, research and project-based roles. This included a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded project on technology to create electricity from organic waste, for use in development contexts; and an educational development and fundraising project working with South African township communities and UK-based academics and volunteers. I have also worked in Greece as a Warehouse Coordinator to support families in refugee camps, and am a qualified TEFL teacher.
