What I do: I am the Project Manager for the Global Nutrition Report, and I ensure the project is delivered to time, scope, budget, risk and quality.
Previous experience: My last role at a disability charity involved project management of disability projects taking place in Malawi and Zimbabwe, capacity-building support to project teams, and monitoring and evaluation for the programme portfolio. I hold a PRINCE2 Foundations of Project Management certificate, and completed my MSc in Anthropology, Environment and Development at UCL, which included three months of research in Cambodia on women’s empowerment in water governance.
I have worked in business support and compliance roles at Oxfam GB, and in face-to-face homelessness services for Shelter. I’ve also had the opportunity to volunteer with the Deaf community in Cebu, Philippines, and assist teachers in Andhra Pradesh, India. I am currently a trustee for a small indigenous rights charity called Chacolinks.
