Where I am based: Bristol, UK
What I do: My role is to support the CEO and the Executive Team to take Development Initiatives forward as an organisation under its 2021–2030 strategy. I directly oversee all critical functions, including finance, project management and impact.
Previous experience: I have over two decades of proven successes in intergovernmental organisations, NGOs and the private sector, across corporate finance management and operational leadership.
I was the Financial Resilience Lead for the evaluation of the Ford Foundation’s BUILD initiative, as well as lead consultant for the Think Tank Initiative, working on the institutional sustainability support for seven African institutions.
At the African Center for Economic Transformation, a think tank located in Accra, Ghana, I held the role of Director, Finance and Administration. I was Head, Finance and Administration for International Cospas-Sarsat Programme, an intergovernmental organisation in Montréal, Canada.
I have chaired the Research and Development Panel for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the African Regional Board of CIMA. I am a Fellow of the CIMA and a Chartered Global Management Accountant with a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law.
