Where I am based: Bristol, UK

What I do: I lead DI’s portfolio of work on crisis and humanitarian assistance.

Previous experience: I previously led on policy and engagement on humanitarian financing, including authoring the Global Humanitarian Assistance report. I also worked as a consultant for NGOs and UN agencies on peace, security and humanitarian issues, conducting research, evaluations, value for money assessments and program reviews. Prior to working as a consultant I worked for ten years for Safeworld, an international peacebuilding NGO, as a Team Leader and Policy Advisor on conflict, security and arms control issues. I led the organisation’s work on arms and security in East and Southern Africa, as well as Safeworld’s international engagement on small arms and security issues.
