We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced writer to work with us on the Global Nutrition Report 2018.
The Global Nutrition Report is an independently produced annual stock-take of the state of the world’s nutrition. The report tracks global nutrition targets adopted by member states of the World Health Organization, and the delivery of governments against their commitments to tackling malnutrition. Through this evidence base, the report helps guide action, drive accountability, and encourage increased commitments towards ending malnutrition in all its forms.
We are looking for a writer who can take content provided by multiple authors to create excellent prose with a consistent narrative and tone of voice for a high-quality 2018 report.
You will have:
- A broad understanding of the nutrition sector and its stakeholders, including an awareness of the current external environment and political sensitivities
- Excellent copywriting skills with a proven ability to turn complex technical information into accessible language, without trivialising or oversimplifying issues and concepts
- Extensive experience of working with data-led content
- Confidence working alongside experts with high levels of technical and subject knowledge
We welcome applications of interest as soon as possible, but no later than 30 March 2018. Please read the terms of reference and email your CV, cover letter and example written work (preferably published) to email@example.com.
