Where I am based: Bristol, UK

What I do: I support organisations to publish data to the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) and advise them on the technical aspects of the IATI Standard and its tools. I also act as the portfolio manager for all UN agencies publishing to IATI.

Previous experience: After finishing my masters in Economics and International Development at the University of Bath in 2012, I spent nearly four years working with the international development team for the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). There, I was responsible for contributing to the effective management of a number of bilateral research schemes between the ESRC and the UK’s Department for International Development (DFID) with main responsibility for the DFID-ESRC Growth Research Programme. I also worked closely with a number of international research organisations and think tanks, including the Overseas Development Institute.
