Where I am based: Africa Hub Office-Nairobi
What I do: Make travel bookings, book airport taxi transfers, implementing health and safety policy in the office, general Admin work e.g. filing, calling suppliers for cheques, following up on suppliers payments, maintaining office cleanliness, delivering cheque payments when required, updating the contact database for all our stakeholders and partners including government institutions and CSO’s. Sourcing for office supplies and other services e.g. stationery, venues for various workshops or conferences, hotel accommodations. Negotiating prices on behalf of the organization, supervision of works being carried out in the office, ensuring payments of utility bills are made on time.
Previous experience: Administrative Assistant and Procurement Assistant.
